Hello! I'm Tina. I love to make genuine connections with people, create meaningful impact in people's lives, and express myself creatively.
As pictured here, a memorable moment for me was traveling solo to England. I got to meet wonderful people, visit amazing museums, and pay tribute to my favorite musicians.

What I've learned as a designer
Understanding a design problem is like solving a puzzle... except, it doesn't come with the pieces.
By actively listening to and empathizing with users and other stakeholders, I can find the missing puzzle pieces and put together the bigger picture.
It takes many iterations to arrive at a desirable product.
By creating several prototypes, I can involve stakeholders in the design process and incorporate their feedback until I create a product they can intuitively use.
Don't hesitate to ask questions.
If I don't question the design process, neither might anyone else. This can result in complications down the line. I've learned to ask questions as they come up.
Team Bonding is Essential
I've learned that it's rare to experience linear progress in the design process. I find it important to establish trust and friendship with my teammates so we can tackle difficult problems as a united group.
Recent Adventures: Visiting Museums
In the past year, I had the privilege and pleasure of traveling and visiting museums. This was my chance to see my favorite modern paintings, appreciate inspiring architecture, explore history, and see design museums for the first time!
